Tasting Notes
"Dried fruits (figs, dates, raisins) and spices greet the nose and add both sweetness and tartness on the palate. A heavier dose of clove, cinnamon and nutmeg linger on the tongue, along with vanilla, maple syrup sweetness and some bourbony leatheriness. A medium heat follows through in the finish. "
