Bardstown Bourbon Co. Discovery Series #4

Smells like those caramel green apple candies you get in the fall. The palate is much darker, with a hint of smokiness that lingers into the finish, which turns brighter again and a little bit sour.

Hints of fruit on the nose. Taste is predominately spicy with a heavy burn and slight bitterness to the aftertaste.

Subtle floral and grape on the nose. Palette is wholly uninteresting. Taste of straight alcohol. Bleh. Finish is more of the same.
