Bardstown Bourbon Co. Origin Series Bottled in Bond Bourbon

It has a pretty strong, but nice nose. Hints of chocolate, peanut brittle, cherry and sweet caramel. Nice flavors as well. You can definitely taste the proof which isn't a bad thing. It opens with an apple note along with oak that eventually brings out more of the chocolate in the back. Mixed berries and spice as well near the finish. The finish is nice but a bit dry. Average mouthful.

Sweet chocolate and caramel at the beginning, ending with a bitter citrus flavor with some mouth dry and a mint tingle. Very burny.
