Bare Knuckle Straight Rye Whiskey

The nose is light with herbal, grassy, grainy notes and a some sweet honey at times. The palate is sweet with some peppery rye spice and herbal character, occasionally some floral notes. Finish is short and on the sweet yet herbal side.
