Green apple pie nose. Tangy, spicy, apple and peanuts palate. Well structured, bright and old school.

Vanilla, orange, nutmeg, leather

Really interesting. The Aroma fooled me and initially showed some youth. But all else showed this wasn't the case. Hazelnut Aroma.... Mouthfeel is among the most oily I've ever had. Flavor is rich and of winter spice. Deeper than standard Rye spice. Although there is a mint component for sure. Fruit notes and also the nuttiness again. Notes of pine and definitely good oak depth. Not sure I'd say hazelnut like Aroma, but we'll go with it. Nice and warming on the finish... Time for a few drops of water. Spice explodes with water and brings out hot cinnamon. Some menthol as well.

Incredible flavor, each sip brings out new tastes. Smokiness, peat, caramel

VERY spicy. Good amount of vanilla. Rich.

Very nice. A bit hot due to high proof but mellows to a warm nutty leather flavor. Soothing med-long finish. Will need to try with some water
