Tasting Notes
"The nose is reminiscent of peanut-coated caramel apples with hints of lemon, apple peel, and clove. Things get spicier on the palate with loads of caramel-butterscotch and chocolate richness as well as the roasted nuts, however the richness is well tempered by tart Pink Lady apple, a slight woodsy char, and a generous heap of sweet spice. The finish manages to be simultaneously rich and bright, quite well structured. "
