Tasting Notes
"Coming in hot! Loads of spicy cinnamon, clove, and black pepper tingle the nose with a bit of roasted peanut and apple. The spice is the main attraction on the palate as well, with some caramel nuttiness cutting some of the heat, along with tart apple. The overall flavor profile is quite rye forward and lively, with more of a rich, sweet bourbon characteristic showing up after a couple of sips. "
