Barrell Bourbon Cask Finish Series: Amburana (Release 001)

Very good. Flavorful, smooth for the proof, good finish.

This took some time to get used to, but once i was in, I was so in! Complex nose and palate of cinnamon, vanilla, hot icing, sweet bread, oak and baking spices.

Neat - the first thing I got is an “apple” spice and I love it! Get that even on the nose. A perfect amount of sweetness and burn without being too much. Very well done! I don’t even wanna put it on ice.

Definitely aromatic. Seriously drinks below its proof. Taste like Christmas in a glass for me. Perfectly different and stands out from the average.
