Tasting Notes
"The nose offers a lightly sweet nose of maple, along with toasted grains and a bit of grass. It's soft on the palate with a tangy, bittersweet flavor. Further tastes intensify the maple and bring forth toasted marshmallow, dark chocolate and a bit of oak. Baking spices are moderate and there's a touch of leather in there as well. Would say this has a medium-light sweetness level, but the bourbon's other flavors come through so it has a fair amount of complexity. Solid bourbon to keep stocked in your home bar for mixing or drinking neat on a weeknight."
