Tasting Notes
"A fruity, herbal nose reveals aromas of spearmint, freshly mowed lawn, fennel bulbs, green apple, and cinnamon. The palate is on the light side, almost like bottled apple juice (not cider) that's been infused with baking spices and spring herbs with hints of cocoa and hoppy florals. Mintiness dominates the midpalate and carries the juicy finish with subtle hits of spice and a honeyed sweetness. "
