Tasting Notes
"The mashbill of this whiskey, which is 51% corn and 49% malted barley with no rye or wheat, sets it apart from typical bourbons. It offers the vanilla and caramel notes one often finds in bourbon, along with a hint of maple, and finishes with a cereal note like a malt whiskey. It's a happy marriage between traditional bourbon and new wave malt whiskeys, bringing out some of the best of both worlds. "
