Tasting Notes
"A firm Canadian whisky backbone is accented with agave syrup and traces of smoky bacon. Floral and orange citrus tones lift from the smoke with polite peppery Canadian flavors and traditional vanilla-soaked baking spices. The rich and sweet dried fruit palate dries quickly giving the whisky soft grassy notes blended with warm mezcal tones. Rich in texture, the smoky tones blend with a burst of citrus zest. This is a very cocktail friendly whisky and a terrific sipper for the adventurous."
