Beefeater London Dry Gin (47%)

This is a juniper forward gin that loves to mix it up with vermouth and a bit of lemon. It’s a classic standard that other gin’s aspire to be compared with. While I may prefer Sapphire in a Collins or with Tonic, Beefeaters is my gin of choice for a martini, cheers!

My favorite gin for dry martinis with blue cheese stuffed olives.

Mediocre London dry gin. Don’t keep your hopes up, this is the benchmark for London gins. The flavours do not mix well together. Tastes like drinking bitter cough syrup. Mixes well with root beer to get rid of the rather unpleasant aftertaste.
