A little rough in the front but a warm back with lots of citrus and floral notes. Green edition.

I think this is highly underrated. Anything you read about this being similar to gin/genever is simply an individual’s opinion. I think this being a young spirit simply showing off grain and yeast profile is fantastic. Some profiles on nose and pallet for me included an array of vanilla (vanilla pods, vanilla pudding and vanilla icing), banana laffy taffy, slight milk chocolate, crème brûlée and the slightest green apple (not in off flavor form). This is all is wrapped in an creamy, soft and full mouthfeel and a little Belgian hug going down. The finish goes quite the distance.
