Ben Milam Single Barrel Bourbon

On the nose, cinnamon and vanilla, very weak ethanol scent. On the tongue, reinforced vanilla and slight oak. Quick finish, but a total enjoyable drink.

Very smooth and easy to drink. Good caramel mouthfeel. But no complexity and little finish. Tastes young.

Nice, full and rich bourbon. Caramel and toast. Love a single barrel, 12 year, cask strength bourbon.

Good taste but that’s it. No finish. No middle. It’s there and then it’s gone. Leaves a lot to be desired. I guess if you’re seeking a smooth dram with no bite and no finish this is for you
