Tasting Notes
"Enjoyably complex, the nose shows many different aspects: sweet figs and dates, sour aceto balsamico and lemon yoghurt, an earthy grassiness. The palate lives up to the promise the nose made, displaying a hint of menthol and smoke, as well as caramel and cherry syrup. A whisky deserving of such a momentous occasion. "
