Tasting Notes
"The nose is like a summery fruit cobbler, with aromas of cooked yellow peaches, cherries, apples, maple syrup, and a sprinkle of baking spices. The palate is more candy-like, as though a hot cinnamon-lemon lollipop was melted into boozy tea. The texture has a weighty viscosity, and finishes a bit on the tart and hot side, missing some richness on the midpalate. "
