Bernheim 7 Year Original Wheat Whiskey

Draw has a Sweet vanilla with caramel, oak, fig and molasses finishes very smooth.

The nose is buttered toast and apple juice with a little lemon and spice. The palate is rich, buttered toast, honey, apple juice and spice. Apple peel lingers on the tongue after the finish. On first crack the buttered toast dominates nose snd palate. After some time in the glass the apple and honey are more prominent.

Toasted oats

Fruity aromas. Mostly apple and pear. Then vanilla. Flavors continue the fruit but move to bright orange and hints of cranberry. Vanilla makes another appearance paired with a touch of barrel and finishes only slightly spicy in the way of cinnamon
