Tasting Notes
"The nose has a distinctly grape jelly-like aroma mixed with more classic bourbon notes of roasted apples, baking spice, and toasted corn cereal. Tart, early season stone fruits—apricots, yellow peaches—mix with some of the same elements of the nose along with with corn and caramel. The flavor profile is quite concentrated and rather tart, definitely needs ice to open up. "
