Tasting Notes
"The nose is a classic bourbon trifecta of vanilla, spice, and saddle leather mixed with a hint of red apple. Loads of baking spice — cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, allspice — dominate the palate with tart apple and lemon peel. The effect is almost like a slice of lemon custard pie that's been doused in bourbon, with a big, brawny, spicy, finish that linger on the tongue. "
