Reviewed December 26, 2021Christmas gift 2021. Batch 24. Awesome bottle design. Nose: typical high rye. Floral, grass and grain dominate Taste: corn and cane (like frosted flakes) and a little bit of black pepper heat at the back end Finish: a light, smooth finish. Finishes like an 80 proof although it's a 92. You get some interesting aftertaste of mint, cherry and sugar Old fashioned:
