The nose is dusty corn and sticky caramel. Maybe a little grape candy thrown in too with some barn musk at the end.
The taste is also dusty. Green and rye in the middle while soft and golden around the edges. Bit of stewed pear and hay maybe. Minus the dust, definitely feels like the edges are sanded down. Bit more bitey than i expected. More unique than other classic Bourbons. Not a game changer but definitely something interesting to keep around when you need a change of pace.
