Oh my. Like a warm caramel apple in bourbon form. Thick rich mouth feel, nice warm strength to it and just rich caramel buttery flavor with a lingering apple and pear finish. Phenomenal

A bit light for what I’d prefer. The nose is more complicated than the taste - green apple and even pickles in there. But the taste is just very light and not a lot to it. Might be better for cocktails

Probably the most clove notes I’ve ever had on a bourbon. Lots of those autumn spices in the taste too. Not as thick as I like, but very tasty. Would probably make some really lovely Fall cocktails

Just a perfect Irish whiskey. Toasty buttery and warm on the nose, usual soft peach type fruit on the palette, and a finish that lingers warm on the tongue and chest for a while. Just a big Irish hug
