Tasting Notes
"Light grain, cream biscuits and a freshly mowed yard all appear on the nose. The whiskey itself has a creamy body with a nice, lightly sweet mouthfeel. Grain is the predominant flavor, with background flavors of white pepper, anise, fennel, roasted pecan and chicory coffee. The finish is medium, leaving a bitter, but not unpleasant herbal flavor reminiscent of epazote on the tongue before a light grain note finishes things. "
