Bimber Single Malt London Whisky Ex-Bourbon Cask USA Release 2021 (254 bottles)

The more I come back to this bottle the more I like it. It may not be the most complex whisky but there's a satisfying creaminess that you can tell comes from the ex bourbon barrel. It drinks a touch warm but it's a pleasant sensation. If you can find a bottle, grab one. I hope they bring more over next year. It's not a Scotch but you've got maybe a bit of fruitiness there that gets covered up with a caramel vanilla and biscuit flavor.
