Tasting Notes
"There's a blast of young, sweet corn on the nose. If not for the hint of caramel and barrel spice, it would seem to be an unaged distillate. On the palate, there's plenty more corn along with some disjointed, nondescript spices and a not-unpleasant sweetness. The finish is more corn, some alcohol burn, and a raw young whiskey flavor. This is a case where having a little more patience would make all the difference. "
