"The aroma provides notes of molasses, cinnamon, allspice, and a light note of anise. Sipping the rum delivers notes of vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, with a pleasant mocha note coming in as well as a subtle mineral filled finish. The flavor profile of this rum is by designed to go well with cola, but would do nicely in other spiked coffee drinks as well."
