"The aroma has the honey-ginger notes one would expect to have with this product along with some raw alcohol. Sipping the rum delivers the same one-two punch of honey and ginger with the alcohol of the rum nipping around the edge of the tongue. The sweetness lingers counterbalancing the bite of the ginger as the rums flavors fade on the average finish."
