Tasting Notes
"Black cherry and spice hits the nose with quite a bit of heat. The palate is a tad more mellow, with black cherry and red apple flavors mixing with sweet spices, maple sugar, and sandalwood. The finish is a tad hot and rather abrupt, but is well served by a small rock of ice to fan out the flavors more evenly on the palate. "
