Reviewed February 2, 2022 (edited May 10, 2022)Nose: dark fruit, Carmel, a bit of ethanol Palate: wow! Just wow! Fruit, Carmel, vanilla bits of chocolate (I believe that’s the willet) absolutely delicious Finish: barrel spice. Sweet finish with tobacco. Overall: I didn’t know this bottle would be this damn good. Don’t leave it on the shelf. This is a real treat. -

Reviewed January 11, 2022 (edited May 10, 2022)4.25 - only because I've been spoiled by a 2021 Michter's Barrel proof rye limited release. This is delicious, and reminds me of a great bourbon with a hint of pepper and cinnamon. Finishes smooth and doesn't over stay it's welcome. This is a great rye, not the best I've had, but it's worth buying 1 bottle. After that, I'd say this is a $70-80 rye.149.99 USD per BottleTotal Wine & More -
