Blade and Bow Bourbon

Approachable and easy drinking.

Strong esters but nice hit of vanilla.

One from Dan’s order, favorite of that bunch. 2nd to be finished (green spot first) but still fav of the bunch.

Setup: Glencairn, few drops of water and rested for 10ish min. On the nose sweet with a little vanilla and toffee. Not overpowering alcohol, probably due to the lower proof. On the palate it's very approachable. Not. Much to this one. Sweet vanilla on the front with a hint of spice after. Pretty good. Not great, but not bad. A very easy sipper.
