Blade and Bow Bourbon

Good quality, but the spice is a little over powering for me. I’m glad I tried this at the bar, but would not buy a whole bottle. However, if spice is your thing, get this!

Young on the nose, nice notes of caramel

Nose: moderate oak and some vanilla Palate: more oak and caramel, I think I get some chocolate as well? Finish is light with not much burn. This is a richer, more complex version of WSR in my mind. It is very sweet all around with a fair amount of richness. I think this bottle is worth it’s $50 price. If you like sweeter bourbon you won’t be disappointed.
