The first of three new releases from Bladnoch to celebrate the reopening of the distillery. This expression is a non-age statement single malt matured in a combination of first-fill Californian red wine and first-fill former bourbon casks. The whisky is non chill-filtered and has no added color. 'Samsara' means "rebirth". Note: This is not currently available in the US.

Tasting Notes

"A fruity and floral nose (dried fruits, candied lemon, orange) lead the way to a very evolving palate. Beginning with initial sweet notes of vanilla to drier wine-y aromas, nuts, and fruits. The finish is lingering and spicy."
