Ok but overpriced. Sometimes chocolate notes. Bourbons are mediocre even when matured in other spirits’ casks

This whiskey has a nice caramel beginning with a Chocolatey, Orange finish. Reminds me of a chocolate orange candy. Very little bite. One my favourite sipping whiskeys.

Lived with this bottle 6 months and it’s almost gone. Great. Rich. Nice flavors. Milk chocolate with the usual bourbon notes. Far superior to woodford brandy cask which I wouldn’t buy again. I would buy another bottle at around $100.
