Blood Oath Bourbon Pact No. 8

Average. Not as fruit forward as I was hoping. Nose is great… hints of apple, wood, toast. The palate and finish are underwhelming. All the apple is gone and all I get is average barrel proof whiskey with some baking spices. Decent but not worth 90 bucks.

Wonderful nose. Vanilla/caramel and smooth sweetness up front. Cinnamon, spice, slightly peppery finish. Very good.

Nose: apple cinnamon with some pear a hint of a sweet chocolate and butterscotch. Sweet oak as well. Pick up different things with each sniff Taste: cinnamon and butterscotch with a sweet oak and vanilla. Can taste the rye spice in the background. Hints of apple and pear.
