Blood Oath Bourbon Pact No. 8

Medium amber in color. Rye on the nose. Sweet finish,much of which appears to come from the calvados. A fine pour for any occasion.

Strong charred barrel notes on the nose with cinnamon and clove, and a hint of caramel and apple. On the front is a bright flavor of spices such as cinnamon and cardamom that blend into a flavor of caramel apple, that then finishes with a flavor of warm spiced apple cider

Simply awesome. Very complex and pleasant. Sweet and spicy with a smooth finish.

About half the heat of a Stagg Jr. Or Booker's but mellow finish.

Tried neat. On the nares it’s nutty with notes of cinnamon, vanilla, tart fruit, honey, cherry, almond butter. On the palate it’s smooth with notes of vanilla, cocoa, spearmint, black pepper. With an interesting sweet but hot finish. This is very yum!
