Tasting Notes
"Upon first nosing, the whiskey shows berries, caramel, and smoked vanilla. Moving on to the taste, you get a peppery bite and a chewy, oily taste profile and more of the flavors found on the nose. Despite the higher proof, it's not too hot/difficult to drink. But with added water, the whiskey shows a greater depth with more intense caramel and chocolate malt notes so adding at least a few drops of water is recommended. This is a limited edition release from Jack Daniel's, but we hope it's the first of many more American single malt whiskeys to come. "
