Reviewed January 2, 2025The nose is full of charred oak, peanuts, leather, smoke, vanilla and brown sugar. It is very bold up front but soon comes off as very dessert like. Very inviting but very familiar as being from Heaven Hill in my suspicion. The palate is dry yet chewy as it fills the mouth with a strong pepperiness backed up by charred oak and vanilla. Leather and smoke balance it out. The finish is long and leaves the mouth tingling with a nice pepperiness as sweeter notes fade in the background. This is way too simple to warrant it's price. Buyer regret sets in immediately with this one.
