Bomberger's Declaration (2020 Release)

Wow, this was fantastic! There’s no part of this taste that disappointed. The nose is great with hints of vanilla, caramel and spice. Vanilla up front with some fruit and then spice kicks in the finish is long with just the right amount of heat. More please!

N: Cinnamon raisin bread. Hints of vanilla. P: Creamy vanilla custard hits the front of the palate. By the mid-palate the spice starts to take hold. Natural cinnamon and a bit of dark fruit. F: Lingering barrel char and a pop of heat.
