Booker's Bourbon Batch 2019-02 "Shiny Barrel Batch"

Little hot. Flavor is lost w burn

Spicy hit to start, followed by a full mouth flavor of vanilla, caramel, and some leather. Floral notes to fruity taste in the finish. Used a single ice cube to tame down some of the spice.

Nose: cinnamon, vanilla, leather, loose leaf tea, and oak Flavor: oak, cinnamon, citrus notes, dark chocolate, honey, pepper, oily mouth feel with long finish.
