Booker's Bourbon Batch 2019-04 "Beaten Biscuits"

Uncorking - Nose: Malty, caramel, vanilla, peanuts. Taste is caramel, dark vanilla, dark berries, yeasty, Finishes with a lot of oak, tannin and nuts.with some dark cherry. Not a lot of spice but that proof hits you.

Toasted caramel on the nose. Very charred flavor with a lasting tongue feel.

Very strong on spicy. Got better the more i drank it.

This is my first uncut bourbon and honestly one of my favorites so far. It was crisp and clean and the flavor lasted a good deal longer than a lower proof. Cinnamon and vanilla with a good bite.

More caramel on the nose than expected. Oak and spice on the palate with a touch of vanilla and maybe a hint of char. Rich and oily mouthfeel and drinks much smoother than I would have expected given the ABV.
