Nose is bubblegum, some ripening papaya, and a bit of apricot. Took a while to open up on the nose, surprisingly. Tastes intensely perfumey with some nutty, caramely corn syrup like the goopy bits of pecan pie. With a bit of water, the nose is just that of a middle of the road bourbon, as is the palate, albeit with the addition of a pop of perfume right at the start.
