Chocolate Carmel bar, the sweet aspects stay on your tongue, while the 127.3 proof drifts up into the nasal passages. The sweet Carmel and chocolate stays with you long after you swallow . Once again Bookers has a home run bourbon. I wonder though if they break the $100 bottle price if it will continue to fly off the shelf’s or if $100 is a ceiling people won’t go over.

Interesting nose. Like salted ham and caramel. Palate is strong, hot up front. Tastes of nuts and leather. Fades to caramel.

Very light, thin flavor. Not much complexity at all. Normally a huge Booker’s fan, this was the first bottle that has disappointed me

Aroma Caramel with a Nutty undertone. Rich sweet like a dessert Taste Slightly tangy start then very nutty like Peanuts. Middle taste becomes vanilla and toffee ends with a warmth and Hug.

Vanilla, brown sugar, peanuts, oak Good.
