Color: Dark Amber Nose: Dusty rickhouse, caramel, peanut brittle, ethanol (after tasting - a touch of grape jelly and a touch of floral in the background) Taste: Nutty, creamy, baking spices and moderately oily mouthfeel Finish: Creamy semi sweet finish with med length cinnamon to close it out Solid dram that opens up in the glass offering more sweet vanilla, confectionary sugar, and nuts. Rating: 8/10 Value: 6/10

This a damn near perfect bourbon (at least for me) it has all the notes you want and a long sweet finish.

Omg. This is just glorious. So close to a perfect 5. (I reserve the right to round up later). This is that all natural peanut butter that has the oil on top and you have to mix it. But you don't mix all the way and that perfect peanut flavor just gloriously lays on your tongue. Then the perfect spice kicks in with warming cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. Hints of chocolate round it our. The finish is long and deep. A moment of fleeting coffee. And the oily peanut notes just linger and make you smile.
