This Summer 2023 Red Corn Bourbon bottling is the first expression in Still Austin's Bottled in Bond Seasonal Series. It's made from a mash bill of 36% red corn, 34% white corn, 25% rye, 5% barley and is aged a minimum of four years in a federally bonded warehouse. As required for a bottled in bond whiskey, it is bottled at 50% ABV.

Tasting Notes
"A nose of grilled, sweet summer corn, caramel, cooked red apples, and baking spices fills the nose. The palate has some serious heft to it, with rich flavors of cocoa and dulce de leche sprinkled with cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, allspice, and a spicy twinge of ginger powder and black pepper rounding it out. A tart cherry flavor cuts the richness, but lets in a warm, roasty finish. "
