Booker's Bourbon

I have always been a jack man but recently have been wanting to expand my horizons a bit. This was my first real tasting of a different bourbon . Probably a tough one to start with but all I can say is WOW. This is a very complex bourbon . When bloomed with a touch of water you get a distinct nose of caramel with hints spice and oak On the tongue it is surprise after surprise you get leather , oak, vanilla a littl cherry . The finish is so long that there is somewhat of an encore! This has opened my eyes to the world that I have been missing some may say that starting with bookers may not be the ideal way to start but I always jump feet first all in . I can't wait till my next adventure! Thanks Distiller for havering such a great app and for the education.
