Booker's Bourbon

Smells strongly of oak and leather notes, tastes of traditional bourbon char a hint of sweetness and a long lasting hum. Upon introducing water the smell of sweetness intensifies, the taste of sweetness is increased before developing into a char burn. I preferred this un bloomed I added an ice cube and it emphasised the caramel notes, in the best of ways

Honestly not my jam. Hits rich with a lot of spice, but there’s nothing smooth or sweet to mellow it out.
