Booker's Bourbon

Holy. Remember when I said Stagg Jr would melt the skin of a velociraptor? This stuff will melt their bones. Avoid eye contact and flush immediately with water if contact occurs. Seriously hot. I'm sure there's good flavors to be found. Unfortunately my sample was so small that even with a little water on my second sip, I still really only had heat and oak.

heavy toffee and dark fruit, leather, spice and alcohol heat on the finish

Very faint vanilla on the nose. Caramel and citrus followed instantly with harsh heat on the tongue. A few drops of water brought the harsh character to an enjoyable measure.
