Tasting Notes
"The nose of this whiskey displays its youth with prominent but unharmonious notes of cedar, red apple, wheat toast, and burnt orange. The palate is light and a bit thin further showing the whiskey’s immaturity. A pleasant burn is present on the finish. Will be interesting to taste as the spirit gets to spend more time in wood."
