Lightly sweet with agave character, and enrobed in a smokey woodfire garment. Very clean, medium in body, and with a lingering soft creosote coloration. One of the better organic spirits we've had. Try it in a Division Bell, Loaded Pistol, Garden Sour or simply on its own.
I will freely admit I’m not an expert on tasting Mezcal. That being said, this is harsh and aggressive to my taste buds. Almost that of paint thinner, burnt rubber, and anise. Wife hates it. I’m sipping on it, but not for much longer. Could be an acquired flavor. Will ask friends.
